Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals in our community by applying for the exciting Full Time Case Manager position with our 24 hour Adult Bridge Program in Provo Utah facility . As a Case Manager you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients build relationships and provide support to help them navigate through their challenges. This onsite position offers a competitive salary range of $23.35-$29.58 per hour Spanish speakers may qualify for a slightly higher wage. Varied 40 hours M-F some weekends between 8;00 am - 8;00 pm.

Make a difference as a Case Manager
As a new Case Manager you will embark on a fulfilling and dynamic role where your problem-solving skills and empathetic nature will be put to the test. You will conduct client assessments develop care plans coordinate services and monitor progress for individuals facing mental health challenges. QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in Social Work practice is essential to excel in this role. Additionally solid knowledge of social welfare policy human growth and development and social work methods are crucial for effective client care. Having excellent organizational skills strong attention to detail empathy and a customer-centric approach are vital for providing high-quality services to individuals in need.
Valid drivers license is a requirement for this role at our South Provo location.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Must have a college degree at the associates degree or equivalent
- Graduation from a college or university with a Bachelors degree AND Licensed as a Social Service Worker (SSW).
- OR
- Graduation with a Bachelors degree in any field.
- Must be working towards SSW licensure. If the applicant does not currently have a SSW license they must become SSW licensed by the State of Utah within twenty-four (24) months from the date of hire as a Case Manager I.
- Failure to obtain the appropriate license within twenty-four (24) months may result in discharge or demotion.

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
