Ansell is looking for a Medical Services Program & Project Leader to join our team!
In this position you will play a vital role in transforming healthcare customer experiences. As Medical Services Program & Project Leader youll lead strategic programs and initiatives that drive market growth enhance end-user value and deliver data-driven insights through the Medical Ansell Guardian Services program. Partnering with sales marketing analytics and global service teams youll develop innovative solutions leverage cutting-edge technologies like AI and machine learning and create tools that help sellers win against the competitionall while improving safety efficiency and standardization across healthcare systems.

What your role will be
Lead strategic medical programs that deliver data-driven insights enhance end-user engagement and drive adoption of the Medical Ansell Guardian Services program.
Analyze and translate data into action tracking sales performance safety metrics and competitive intelligence to inform commercial strategies.
Oversee trials training and onboarding ensuring impactful product evaluations customer integration plans and development of high-quality content and site assets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Enablement Commercial Analytics Marketing Global Guardian and Strategic Accounts to align initiatives and maximize program impact.
Manage key strategic projectsincluding conversion surgery center and strategic account initiativesdelivering measurable results on time and within scope.
Enhance customer experience by monitoring performance metrics gathering voice-of-customer insights and leading Medical End-User Council engagement.
Drive operational excellence through consistent reporting KPI tracking and compliance with commercial operations standards.
Support competitive positioning by creating tools strategies and marketing assets that equip sellers to win in target markets.
What will you bring to Ansell
Bachelors degree in business Marketing Sales or related field preferred.
5 years experience in B2B Customer Success Management Account Management or asimilar position.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications experience with or similar CRM program.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and program management.
Strong business acumen and demonstrated financial and systems knowledge specifically customer centric.
Strong business discipline.
Strategic approach to customer development.
Highly organized with excellent financial and systems skills.
