Job Description

Classroom TeacherJob Overview:All Saints Academy seeks a passionate and committed Catholic School Classroom Teacher to join our faith-based educational community. The ideal candidate will integrate Catholic values into daily instruction create a nurturing learning environment and inspire students to grow academically socially and spiritually. The classroom teacher will play a vital role in fostering a love for learning and guiding students on their journey of :1. Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment grounded in Christian principles encouraging students to develop a strong moral character and sense of community.2. Employ a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students of diverse learning styles and abilities.3. Assess student progress through formal and informal assessments providing constructive feedback to students and collaborating with parents to support student growth.4. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate faith-based initiatives service opportunities and community outreach into the curriculum and school culture.5. Maintain accurate records of student progress attendance and behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.6. Communicate regularly with parents to share academic updates discuss student well-being and promote family involvement in the school community.7. Uphold and model Catholic values traditions and expectations within the classroom and school community fostering a culture of respect compassion and integrity.
