We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and other channels in a timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency with customer service software and basic computer skills.
