Youll be the go-to person for BAU support - from incident management through to resolution - ensuring SLAs are met and customers stay up and running.
We are specifically looking for someone from a technical (hands-on) software implementation background who has directly consulted with customers ideally within the financial services/insurance industry.
What youll be doing:
Provide Level 1/2 production environment support for insurance customers
Analyse requests problem-solve and configure system changes
Manage tickets ranging from quick fixes to small enhancements
Collaborate with client teams and internal implementation consultants
Support release management and ongoing system maintenance
What were looking for:
Insurance industry experience
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach
Technical skills: SQL (advanced) and scripting languages (Groovy an advantage)
Comfortable with BAU priorities and shifting workloads
Keen to grow into a more senior or project-focused role over time
