We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Orlando FL. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and the drive to build lasting business relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
Prepare and present proposals reports and updates to clients.
Monitor account performance and address any issues promptly.
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase client satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in account management sales or customer relations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
