Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and contributing to the expansion of our client base. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research networking and outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase company services and value propositions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation.
Maintain accurate records of activities leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and positioning.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
13 years of experience in business development sales or client-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
