Job Description
Do you have a passion for hospitality and a talent for leading teams to success As a Housekeeping Manager youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness organization and service.
As the Housekeeping Manager you will:
- Take the lead and guide your housekeeping team to achieve daily success and maintain service excellence.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and follow-ups ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Supervise support and motivate housekeeping staff through hands on leadership including training scheduling discipline and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure adherence to productivity and quality standards.
- Drive quality and innovation by implementing effective strategies that ensure resort-wide cleanliness and presentation at the highest level.
- Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management to support the overall success of the department and property.
Qualifications :
- 1 years of management experience.
- Must be highly proficient in speaking reading and writing in English to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
- Must be able to stand walk and remain mobile for extended periods of time to perform job duties effectively.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on team-focused approach.
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or management preferred.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
