Job Description
What will you be doing
ALTEN is looking for three experienced System Requirements Engineers to support the development of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) for a major automotive client. Youll be working on-site in a hybrid capacity as part of a high-performance engineering team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Defining and managing system-level requirements for ADAS features such as Parking Assist Adaptive Cruise Control and Drive Pilot
- Supporting the integration of software and hardware components
- Working within a functional safety framework in line with ISO 26262
Who are we looking for
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure traceability validation and successful delivery of systems engineering work
- System requirements engineering in embedded safety-critical environments
- Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262)
- Tools including DOORS MATLAB/Simulink and CANoe

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage traceable documentation
- Experience working within OEM or Tier 1 suppliers on ADAS programmes
- Comfortable interpreting and contributing to system architecture discussions
