Job Description

In this role the Branch Sale Development role will work as an External Sales would in most industries. Theyd have a strong focus on increasing footfall and increasing customer spend in our brand new Leeds Bradford Branch by visiting customer premises attending meetings or dropping to clients. To enable you to do this you will be given a company branded vehicle to travel in.

Duties involve:

  • Delivering excellent Customer Service and communication at all levels
  • Ability to work proactively using your own initiative so youll need to be self-motivated
  • Work with colleagues locally in branch regionally and centrally to maximise profitability
  • Providing customers with product and service information full training will be provided
  • Processing enquiries and orders accurately and within the time dedicated by the customer deadline so youll need to be organised!
  • Proactive promotional calling to customers and prospects is required to maximise the growth of the Branch

Qualifications :

  Required:

  • A full UK Driving License *for insurance purposes you must over the age of 21. NB this is not a JDP policy*
  • A passion for Sales able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and growth
  • Ability to develop and maintain a Branch plan to ensure continuous progress.
  • Ability to work using your own initiative within a demanding target driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the correct handling of customers in all situations
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Outgoing enthusiastic personality with a professional manner
  • Good knowledge of computer programs

 

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of our industry and customer base.
  • Experience within the civils drainage plumbing or construction industries
  • Experience of our products would be advantageous but not essential
