You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a dynamic Senior Internal Business Development Manager to lead our Internal Business Development (IBDM) team and drive growth across our Residential Lending division.
Whats in it for you

This is a versatile rolefor an experienced Internal Business Development Manager looking to develop their career in property finance. You will be provided with a high degree of autonomy established funding lines and an excellent financial reward (with discretionary quarterly and annual bonus payments).
This role comes with excellent growth opportunities within a busy and exciting team. The pathway and progression for this role could be into a client-facing position. Initially relationships are phone-based and youll support our External Business Development Managers.
The team
Youll be joining an experienced and well-established Sales function of 5 people. It is a fun fast-paced and successful team that is part of a wider Residential Lending team including Credit and Client Servicing functions.
