Job Description
- Pack label and stage outgoing job boxes and install materials for field service and projects
- Organize prepare and maintain installation materials and job-specific tools
- Fulfill pack and ship customer orders for consumables and spare parts accurately and on time
- Communicate with the team to ensure proper part availability and order accuracy
- Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming parts and tools Perform physical inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
- Maintain a clean safe and organized shop and warehouse environment
- Assist technicians and engineers with staging and cleaning tools or equipment
- Help load/unload trucks and manage parts storage
- Dispose of packaging scrap and shop waste
- Perform light facility maintenance as needed
- Mechanical experience is a plus!

Requirements
- Familiarity with inventory software and shipping platforms (UPS/FedEx) is a plus
- Basic understanding of tools equipment and part numbers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- Forklift experience a plus (training available)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
