We re looking for experienced freight brokers with a proven book of business and a passion for building strong client this high-impact fully remote role you ll collaborate with carrier sales operations and leadership to deliver tailored logistics solutions and scale your portfolio.
Requirements
2 years of experience in transportation brokerage or 3PL sales
Active portable book of business and ability to bring clients within 60 90 days
Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills
Proficiency in CRM systems Excel and TMS platforms
Deep understanding of U.S. freight market
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment
