Description:Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & beverage manager to oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department. This individual will be responsible for leading a dedicated team enhancing our menu and service offerings ensuring a premium dining experience and supporting the overall vision of the business. Oversee and manage daily front-of-house food and beverage operations including staff scheduling training and performance. Support menu and beverage development coordinate with other departments on events and ensure exceptional service and cleanliness standards are met. Handle inventory control POS updates guest relations and regular reporting. Work closely with the culinary team lead pre-shift meetings maintain compliance with health and safety codes and help enforce training and operational procedures.
Job Requirements:Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with additional education in hospitality preferred. A strong background in food and beverage management is required along with proven leadership interpersonal and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on management experience be proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems and possess in-depth knowledge of wine beer and spirits. Experience in hiring training and performance management is essential as are excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure consistent high-quality service.
Job Type:Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule:Day shift & night shifts weekends and holiday required up to 45hrs a week.
