- P&L responsibility for the company
- Business planning forecasting and reporting to the German HQ
- Ensure efficient plant operations to meet all customer requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers authorities service providers and other stakeholders
- Lead coach and develop the site leadership team
- Degree in engineering business studies or equivalent
- Minimum of five years leadership experience in an international manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
- Analytical skills with a strong understanding of KPIs
- Hands-on mentality
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal and communication skills
- German language skills would be a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
