What You Will Do:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
Help maintain employee databases and ensure data accuracy
Assist in coordinating smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences ensuring a consistent and positive journey for all employees
Bring ideas for employee engagement initiatives that strengthen team culture and foster connection.
Adapt to evolving HR needs and take ownership of emerging projects or gaps in People Ops
Contribute to the planning and rollout of impactful employer branding efforts that reflect our culture and values
Be aware of employee concerns by actively connecting with the team and contribute to maintain a healthy work environment.
Who Are We Looking For:
Recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field; majors in Human Resources are a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexible and open to working across different areas as priorities shift
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and prioritize tasks effectively
