As our new Storekeeper you are responsible for the overall stock management of products in our warehouse. You play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by working closely with all departments within the hotel.
Main duties and responsibilities.
- Receive and unload all incoming products.
- Check and verify delivery stock against purchase orders.
- Conduct and verify monthly stock takes.
- Ensure that received stock is stored in the correct locations.
- Manage packaging materials and bottle deposits.
- Oversee waste management procedures.
- Maintain direct communication with suppliers.
- Monitor and ensure HACCP compliance in storage areas including freezers and refrigerators.
- Request credit notes for incorrect or damaged deliveries.
- Create purchase orders (POs) for the kitchen.
- Verify invoices against packing slips and delivery notes.
Qualifications :
- A real team player who can also work independently.
- Flexible to work different times/weekend days.
- Strong administrative skills and working in an orderly manner.
- Work experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language
