Responsibilities of our Service Advisors
- Greet customer as theyarrive on the service lane.
- Preform walk around inspection.
- Provide customer with maintenance needs based on menu and inspection.
- Provide estimate on completion times and prices.
- Keep customer updated of repair progress.
- Perform redelivery upon vehicle completion.
Qualifications forour Service Advisors
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Outgoing and friendly especially while handling objections
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Strong interpersonal and communications in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the salesprocess
- Persistent competitive and good work ethic
- Focuses on the customers needs to enhance dealership and personalsales
- GM or Mazda Experience a Plus
- Reynolds Experience a plus
