Job Summary
Here atBiggers Auto Group we are looking for aService Advisorto join our privately-owned local dealership group and set both ourselves and your career up for this position you are responsible for partnering with the customer through all aspects of the vehicle repair will provide all the tools personneland support for success. We will train some one with great customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities of our Service Advisors
- Greet customer as theyarrive on the service lane.
- Preform walk around inspection.
- Provide customer with maintenance needs based on menu and inspection.
- Provide estimate on completion times and prices.
- Keep customer updated of repair progress.
- Perform redelivery upon vehicle completion.
Qualifications forour Service Advisors
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Outgoing and friendly especially while handling objections
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Strong interpersonal and communications in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the salesprocess
- Persistent competitive and good work ethic
- Focuses on the customers needs to enhance dealership and personalsales
- GM or Mazda Experience a Plus
- Reynolds Experience a plus
