Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team you will contribute to developing data infrastructure and pipelines to capture integrate organize and centralize data while testing and ensuring the data is readily accessible and in a usable state including quality assurance.

The Sr Java/AWS Engineer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Design develop and deployJava-based microservicesusingSpring BootandRESTful APIs.

• Architect and implementintegration solutionsusing modern tech stacks includingKafkaKinesis andAPI Gateway.

• Process and analyzestructured and unstructured datausingSparkAmazon EMR andPySpark.

• Manage and monitorAWS infrastructureincluding EC2 ECS Lambda S3 RDS DynamoDB Glue ETL Redshift and CloudFormation.

• ImplementCI/CD pipelinesusingJenkinsTerraformGradle/Maven andGitLab/Bitbucket.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to supportchange managementgovernance andcomplianceinitiatives.

• Maintain and optimizeoperating systems ensuring timely updates and patching.

• Create and managedatabasesusingPostgresMongoDBMySQL andHadoop.

• Developdata visualizations and reportsusingExcelTableauPower BICrystal Reports andSSRS.

• Applyautomation technologiessuch asBPAandRPAto streamline business processes.

• Lead project planning resource management and delivery tracking usingJiraandRally.

Minimum Required Experiences

• 2 years of Experience

• Bachelor degree or equivalent

• Strong fundamentals inObject-Oriented ProgrammingandCore Java.

• Proven experience withSpring (Core Boot Batch Web)andHibernate.

• Hands-on expertise inAWS servicesDockerECSEKS andFargate.

• Solid understanding ofrelational databasesandSQL.

• Experience withDevOpsInfrastructure as Code andAuto Scaling.

• Skilled insystem analysiserror resolution andprocess optimization.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills includingtechnical writinganddashboard creation.

• Experience withenterprise application integrationtools such asxMattersWebSphere orAWS Application Integration.

• Familiarity withdata mining toolslikeOracle Data MiningorInformatica.

• Background ingovernance and compliance including policy creation and internal investigations.

Target Salary Range: $121000 to $158000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and other relevant qualifications.
