Leadership Development Trainee

Salary: $32 $36 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts

Job Description:
A Leadership Development Trainee is an entry-level professional who undergoes structured training and mentorship to prepare for future leadership roles within the this role you will rotate through various departments learn business operations and develop the skills necessary to lead teams manage projects and drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
Participate in a comprehensive training program across multiple departments.
Assist in planning coordinating and executing projects.
Learn and apply leadership principles to manage small teams and initiatives.
Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with different teams to understand business processes and challenges.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and present solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous internship or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
