Customer Support Manager
Location: Orlando FL
Salary: $30 - $35 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts

About the Role
A Customer Support Manager is responsible for leading and improving the customer support department to ensure clients receive exceptional service. This role involves overseeing support representatives resolving complex issues implementing efficient service processes and ensuring customer satisfaction aligns with the companys standards and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the customer support team.

  • Develop and implement customer service policies procedures and standards.

  • Train coach and mentor support staff to maintain high service quality.

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues efficiently.

  • Monitor customer feedback and develop improvement strategies.

  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service.

  • Prepare and present reports on customer service performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in customer service or support management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
