Fr unseren Standort in Hannover suchen wir Dich ab sofort als
Praktikant/Werkstudent (m/w/d) in der Personalabteilung im Werk
Im Rahmen Deines Praktikums/Werkstudententtigkeit erhltst Du vielfltige Einblicke in unsere Personalabteilung im Werk Hannover und untersttzt unser erfahrenes Team im Tagesgeschft.
Dabei bernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:
- bernahme von personalwirtschaftlichen Aufgaben (Vertrags- und Zeugniserstellung Zeitmanagement Entgeltabrechnung u. .)
- Mitwirkung in der internen Kommunikation des Werkes
- Untersttzung der HR Business Partner im Tagesgeschft (Korrespondenz Administration Controlling u. .)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
- Eigenstndige Durchfhrung verschiedener HR-Projekte
Deine Qualifikation:
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre Psychologie Sozialwissenschaften Pdagogik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
- Idealerweise hast Du schon erste Erfahrungen im Personalwesen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Teamgeist und gute Kommunikationsfhigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
- Mit Eigeninitiative Selbststndigkeit und Organisationsgeschick verstrkst Du unser Team
- Du verfgst ber gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
