Your Role: Real Estate / M&A Acquisition Analyst

As a vital contributor to our Real Estate and M&A team you will lead the charge in identifying prime new locations and acquisition opportunities driving the expansion of WhiteWaters footprint. Your role is pivotal in building our acquisition and development pipeline managing broker relationships and steering the entire site selection and acquisition process in alignment with our strategic goals.

• Direct impact: Play a central role in the companys growth working closely with senior leadership including our Chief Strategy Officer Executive Vice President of Real Estate Chief Financial Officer and executive team.
• Multi-faceted experience: Engage in a wide array of tasks from financial analysis site identification and contract negotiationto acquisition diligence.
• Strategic influence: Your efforts in market research competitor analysis and relationship building will directly shape our expansion strategies.
