Job Description
Leidos is looking for a Network Engineer who will support a Network Management Control Center (NMCC) in day-to-day operations and monitoring of the clients network equipment availability and performance respond to alerts and trouble tickets and perform troubleshooting tasks.
The Network Engineer will manage various components of the infrastructure including wired and wireless routers switches Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) components appliance-based specialty networking or system hardware configuration of alert management systems on other managed infrastructure components such as service desk tools and the monitoring and alerting infrastructure which serves as the nexus of the NMCCs incident and alert management system.
This position is contingent upon contract award/ extension.

Candidate must have an active MBI clearance
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a technical discipline.
Minimum 8 years experience managing a large enterprise network including LAN and WAN technologies based on Cisco hardware and platforms.
Must have current and valid ACSP CCNA or CCNP certification.
Experience working in a Network Operation Center (NOC) environment responding to trouble tickets and alerts for LAN and WAN environments.
Expertise in networking concepts and equipment such as IPv4 and IPv6 MPLS PLS and SIP Routers Switches Load Balancers Protocol analyzers and probes.
Candidate must have the ability to work as part of an operations team and be able to support multiple tasks at the same time.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89700.00 - $162150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
