Sheppard Pratt School in Glyndon is a leading provider of year-round special education and therapeutic services catering to students grades K-12. What to expect.
You will assess develop and implement behavior support plans for students with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans (BIPs).
- Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing assessments to monitor progress.
- Providing training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques and intervention strategies.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education and years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- Masters degree in a related field of study.
- Two years of behavior assessment and management experience.
- For internal candidates: a bachelors degree plus 4 years of relevant experience (2 of which must be within SPHS) would be considered a substitute for a masters degree.
