Salary Range: $55000 - $60000 USD Annually
JOB SUMMARY:
Strategic sourcing and operational purchasing of goods and services for the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist the VP Procurement & Vendor Relations and Procurement Operations Supervisor with sourcing vendors and data related to goods and services.
- Processing daily EPOs (Electronic Purchase Orders) and ECRs (Electronic Check Requests).
- Maintain a steady volume of order processing to ensure Program requests are attended in a timely manner.
- Process Amazon Business online and Fresh Direct online orders for program staff.
- Handle program inquiries about orders placed delivery status and merchandise returns.
- Gather information and record to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services.
- Respond to Program Administrators PDs VPs etc. on order changes cancellations and other inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to all ICL programs and administration staff.
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the Purchasing Department.
- Establishes and maintains systems protocols and processes by the procurement department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Intermediate-to-Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office required; especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly adapt and master new digital systems and internal procurement platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field highly desired. Two years of administrative experience in purchasing and/or procurement required. Associates Degree with procurement or purchasing experience will be considered.
