Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedIn-House Call Room Agentto join our Travel & Leisure In House Marketing team. This full-time position plays a key role in guest engagement and tour optimization. As a Call Room Agent you will be responsible for making confirmation calls phone bookings lobby bookings and capitalizing on priority owner bookings via lobby and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct dailyconfirmation callsandsave tourseach morning if/when needed.
Work in thechase roomfrom start of shift until 12:00 PM daily.
Transition to thelobbyfrom 12:00 PM until the end of scheduled shift to see and book arrivals in rotation.
Focus onassignedP1 arrival pre-call bookingsbookingparking pass and misses off the chase list andon-site lobby bookings.
Follow up withpre-assigned P1 ownersas designated by management.
Meet or exceedconversion expectationsas determined by weekly performance metrics.
Support a positive guest experience while maximizing show rates and tour attendance.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Daily shift hours will vary between:

Compensation & Benefits:
Per-tour payout minus gift costs
Incentives based onconversion and performance
Eligible for companysholiday and vacation policy(same as in-house marketing team)
Salary target: $64000 annually.
Qualifications:
Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Experience in customer service or call center preferred
Team player
Sales or marketing background a plus
