You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive (Closing) to join our real estate team in Moshi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful bookings building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless post-sales process.
Handle walk-in clients and site visits; provide in-depth project knowledge
Understand client needs and provide property solutions accordingly
Negotiate and close deals effectively
Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for post-booking formalities
Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale
Maintain and update daily MIS reports and sales trackers
Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely conversions
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Bachelor s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2 5 years of experience in real estate sales especially closing deals
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends (Pune region preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Local language proficiency (Marathi/Hindi) is a plus
