Must-Have Skills:
- 7 years of experience in sales operations in IT Hardware or System Integration
- Experience of working on OEM Portals like HP Cisco
- Operations Handling
- Adequate knowledge of SAP
- Must be from SI Industry
Academic Qualifications:
- Any graduate
- AExcellent communication Skills
Requirements:
- Location: Noida Sec-58
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Shift Timings: Day Shift
- Working Days: Mon to Friday 1st and 3rd Saturday working
- Office Timings: 10 AM - 6:30 PM
Key Performance Indicators:
Coordinate with the sales team to book sales orders efficiently ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Prepare purchase orders and sales orders ensuring all details align with customer requirements.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales related equipment or material
- Ensure adherence to laws & policies.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
