Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze needs and deliver functional solutions.
Managing Incidents within the set-out SLAs and ensuring Incidents are updated timely with the expected quality of data and information.
Provide expert functional solution for any requirement or issue.
Ensure data integrity security and compliance within Oracle HCM systems.
Developing and executing test scripts documenting functional specifications process flows and user guides.
Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with third-party applications.
Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM issues including resolving complex tickets and collaborating with technical teams.
Provide standby or back-up support whenever required
Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
Atleast 3-5 years of implementation / AMS experience with Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR Absence Management Compensation & Benefits) are must have.
Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Onboarding Performance Management Goals Setting Helpdesk) are good to have.
Experience in HCM configurations security setup and workflow customization.
Experience on Redwood page customization and OTBI Reports.
Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus
Qualifications:
Any Graduation or higher in computer Information Technology or any IT degree
(IT)(Com)
Good communication skills to communicate with customers team members
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
