MetAntz is working with several leading engineering organizations and helping them find the top IT talents. Currently we are looking for onsite Senior DevOps engineers for our customer at Bangalore Hyderabad Gurgaon and Pune.
Customer is a US headquartered leading financial platform provider to top 200 leading financial institutions. The details of the company and the role are shared below.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a critical role in our infrastructure operations and development lifecycle. This position focuses on maintaining high-availability production systems while driving automation and efficiency across development teams.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Build and maintain cloud infrastructure environments with focus on availability performance security and scalability
- DevOps Integration: Collaborate with application teams to implement DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Automation & Optimization: Design repeatable automated and scalable processes using Infrastructure as Code and internal tooling
- Problem Resolution: Utilize deep understanding of service topology for troubleshooting defining mitigations and communicating resolutions
- Incident Management: Lead incident handling with emphasis on post-mortem analysis and knowledge sharing
- Innovation: Create solution prototypes and conduct proof of concepts for new tools and technologies
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 4-8 years of hands-on DevOps experience with current methodology practice
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience with AWS/GCP/Azure/Private cloud infrastructure
- Containerization: Working knowledge of Docker Kubernetes and orchestration technologies
- Configuration Management: Hands-on experience with Puppet Chef Ansible
- Scripting: Proficiency in Shell Ruby Perl Python or GoLang
- Database Skills: Strong hands-on experience with MySQL (PostgreSQL knowledge preferred)
- Infrastructure as Code: Well-versed with Terraform
- Networking: Strong understanding of cloud networking
- CICD: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines logging and monitoring stack
- System Administration: Troubleshooting and system engineering in Linux and Windows production environments
