- Increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of hospital services.
- Establish and maintain strong referral networks with General Practitioners Doctors PSU MNCs and Corporate organizations to generate leads.
- Organize and participate in doctors meetings CMEs and other medical outreach initiatives.
- Identify connect and build relationships with potential customers and referral sources.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall.
- Monitor track and report on all generated leads ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Maintain and update a monthly sales/marketing database for tracking performance and opportunities.
- Maintain continuous engagement with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
- Achieve sales targets by managing client relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development sales or marketing within the pharma/healthcare sector.
- Strong expertise in referral marketing and networking with general practitioners and healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into increased patient visits.
- Good knowledge of sales management and marketing strategy development.
- Proficient in maintaining and using sales databases for performance tracking.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated result-oriented and able to work independently
