Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards reports and visualizations using Power BI and/or other BI tools such as Tableau.
- Design build and optimize data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity scalability and high performance.
- Write complex SQL queries and use M language (Power Query) for data transformation and cleansing.
- Work across the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate Copilot Studio and Microsoft Fabric to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders especially in the multifamily real estate domain to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to enhance adoption and effective use of BI tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Document technical processes data models and dashboards; ensure adherence to data quality standards and governance practices.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence development with Power BI SQL and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Power BI SQL and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power automate Copilot Studio Microsoft Fabric). Experience with Tableau is a plus.
- Experience or strong understanding of the multifamily real estate sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills to translate data insights into business actions.
- Self-driven adaptable and committed to continuous learning and upskilling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with DAX and advanced data visualization techniques.
- Experience in conducting BI tool training for end-users.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure Snowflake) is a plus.
