Source and screen experts via LinkedIn databases and referrals
Translate client briefs into expert search strategies
Manage expert outreach evaluation and engagement lifecycle
Support research for talent mapping and sector insights
Collaborate with internal teams to enrich the MaVX expert database

1 3 years of experience in executive search expert networks or research
Strong LinkedIn search and communication skills
Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and structured documentation
Comfortable interacting with mid-to-senior level professionals
