Job Summary
Pan Asian Chef Location: Rajasthan India Salary: USD $3000 $3500 per month (Net) Industry: Luxury Hospitality / Fine Dining
Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Pan Asian Chef to lead the Asian specialty kitchen of a luxury hotel in India. The ideal candidate will have strong South Asian roots and deep expertise across regional Asian cuisines combined with high-end culinary experience and a passion for authentic yet modern presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Pan Asian culinary operations including menu creation cooking plating and service coordination
- Lead preparation of specialised dishes including sushi dim sum wok-based stir-fries and regional Asian classics
- Train and supervise kitchen staff ensuring consistency quality and authentic flavours
- Monitor kitchen hygiene HACCP compliance stock control and budgeting
- Interact with guests to personalise their dining experience and promote signature offerings
- Innovate seasonal menus while respecting traditional culinary techniques and heritage
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in Asian cuisine with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in wok cookery sushi dim sum and varied Asian regional dishes
- Prior experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants preferred
- Strong understanding of cost control kitchen safety hygiene and HACCP standards
- Skilled in team supervision menu planning and guest interaction
