Job Description
is a Berlin-based production company specializing in large-scale cultural events across Germany.
With 150250 events produced every year our portfolio includes national tours unique one-off events and creative collaborations with leading theaters orchestras and artists from around the globe. Our mission is to combine artistic excellence immersive storytelling and unforgettable visual experiences.
Tasks
- Create graphic designs for various purposes from marketing campaigns to stage visuals.
- Design posters flyers brochures event programs social media assets and merchandise.
- Maintain and evolve the companys visual brand identity.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and production suppliers.
- Adapt designs to various formats and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing SMM and production teams to meet creative and commercial goals.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (entertainment cultural or events industry experience is a plus).
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
Excellent sense of typography color and layout.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Creativity attention to detail and a passion for culture and live events.
Must be based in Berlin and available to work from our office several times a week.
Fluency in Russian and English is required
