Remote Experience Designer
We are seeking a Remote Experience Designer who can bring creativity structure and empathy together to shape exceptional client this role you will help design coordinate and enhance the way clients interact with our services from scheduling and communications to events that leave a lasting impression.

- Coordinate and refine client-facing interactions from scheduling and itinerary updates to event support.
- Design smooth engaging experiences that elevate each step of the client journey.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across email chat and phone.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records to ensure consistency.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to solve problems and enhance workflows.
What We are Looking For
- Must be 18 with valid work authorization.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A balance of creativity and practicality in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality events design or client support is a plus but not required.
