Title: Financial Transactions Officer
Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time 35 hours per week
Salary: 35951 per annum (London weighted salary) or 32188 per annum (Regional salary) dependant on experience
Reporting Office: Stratford London or Trafford Greater Manchester
Closing Date: 13th August2025

Join our Financial Operations Team at L&Q:
Were looking for aFinancial Transactions Officer to join our busy and thriving FinancialOperations team where flexibility attention to detail and a strong workethic are key to success. Reporting to the Senior Financial TransactionsOfficer youll be responsible for processing a range of property-relatedfinancial transactions including sales shared ownership staircasing assetdisposals and ad hoc resident payments ensuring accuracy and compliance withtight deadlines.

Your impact in the role:
This role requiresexcellent interpersonal and customer service skills as youll be workingclosely with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in journalprocessing and general ledger coding is essential and a broad understanding ofAccounts Payable Bank Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable will be highlybeneficial. Youll also support wider finance functions to maintain smoothoperations and uphold segregation of youre a proactivefinance professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative andfast-paced environment wed love to hear from you!

- Journal processing
- Reconciliation experience
- Problem solving experience
- Experience in developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail conscious accurate and diligent
- Good numerate and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel Word and previous experience of Dynamics GP would be advantageous
Please note this role requires the candidate to have a recognised accountancy qualification be part-qualified or be willing to start training if relevant experience can be demonstrated.
