We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager- Finance to join our GFFinance & Controlling Accounting team in India.
The primary role of the Senior FP&A Manager is to provide strategic financial insights and leadership to support the organizations global decision-making processes. This position exists to ensure accurate financial planning analysis and reporting which are critical for driving the companys financial performance and achieving its long-term goals.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development of annual budgets monthly forecasts and long-term financial plans. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on financial implications of business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and investment cases and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate key financial insights to executives and stakeholders ensuring data-driven decision-making.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills proficiency in financial modeling excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to act and think as a service provider to our regional business and finance teams.
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g. Excel ERP systems such as SAP and BI tools).
