Nous sommes la recherche dune personne trs organise centre sur le client et passionne par la coordination des services sur le terrain. Le coordonnateur(trice) du service aprs-vente (terrains sportifs) travaillera partir de notre bureau de Montral (hybrid) pour FieldTurf. FieldTurf est une entreprise de Tarkett Sports la marque la plus fiable de lindustrie en ce qui concerne les terrains de sport en gazon artificiel. FieldTurf est un leader mondial dans le domaine du gazon artificiel avec plus de 25 000 installations dans le monde. Ce que vous ferez:

  • Grer les demandes de maintenance des clients et coordonner les activits de service aprs-vente.

  • Planifier les visites de service sur le terrain rdiger des rapports et tenir jour les dossiers de service.

  • Ngocier les tarifs de service et grer les bons de commande et dintervention associs.

  • Collaborer avec les quipes internes et les clients externes pour assurer une prestation de service fluide.

  • Identifier et attnuer les risques lis aux services.

  • Rpondre rapidement aux demandes et clturer les dossiers de service dans les dlais impartis.

  • Maintenir des donnes prcises dans le CRM (Salesforce) et soutenir le dpartement de finance avec des rsolutions de la facturation.

Exprience et Formation souhaites:

  • Formation: Diplme dtudes postsecondaires (ou quivalent) ou au moins 2 ans dexprience dans un domaine connexe.

  • Gestion de la relation client : Solides comptences pour grer la relation client aprs-vente.

  • Comptences techniques : Matrise de la suite MS Office CRM Syspro et bonnes comptences informatiques.

  • Aptitudes mathmatiques : Capacit effectuer des calculs arithmtiques de base.

  • Comptences linguistiques : Capacit lire analyser et interprter de la documentation technique ; excellentes comptences en communication crite et orale. Capacit communiquer efficacement et collaborer avec les autres.

  • Raisonnement : Solides comptences en rsolution de problmes avec la capacit dinterprter des instructions varies.

  • Comptences personnelles : Capacit voluer dans des environnements dynamiques prendre des dcisions rapides efficaces et conomiques et crer des opportunits sous pression de manire organise.

Reporting to the Field Service Team Lead this position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing maintenance requests and ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage customer maintenance requests and coordinate post-sales service activities.

  • Schedule field service visits compile reports and maintain service records.

  • Handle service pricing negotiations and manage related purchase and job orders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Identify and mitigate service-related risks.

  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries and close out service cases within deadlines.

  • Maintain accurate data in CRM (Salesforce) and support finance with invoicing resolution.

Experience & Education desired:

  • Education: Associates degree (or equivalent) or minimum of 2 years of related experience.

  • Relationship Management: Strong skills to manage existing client relationship post sales.

  • Tech. skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite CRM Syspro and strong computer skills.

  • Mathematical Ability: Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.

  • Language Skills: Ability to read analyze and interpret technical documentation; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicate and collaborate with others.

  • Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret varied instructions.

  • Skills: Thrives in fast-paced environments demonstrating the ability to make swift cost saving sound decisions and create opportunities under pressure in an organized fashion.
