Loader Associate
Join Our Team as a Loader Associate!
Are you looking to grow your career in logistics or warehousing We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Loader Associate to support our fast-paced this role youll play a critical part in ensuring materials are efficiently handled loaded and processed to keep our supply chain running smoothly.
What Youll Do:
Load and unload materials by hand or with material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks dollies forklifts).
Open and seal crates boxes cartons and containers.
Collect sort and store inventory items according to procedures.
Fulfill orders and dispense stock items as requested.
Assist in inventory control including rotation and cycle counts.
Process shipping and receiving tasks in accordance with company policies.
Maintain and update purchase order and inventory systems.
Participate in kit breakdowns bundling and component sorting when needed.
Communicate inventory updates and discrepancies to management.
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
2 years of warehouse shipping/receiving or material handling experience.
Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping procedures.
Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow standard operating procedures.
Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
