Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a book of business consisting of fully insured small group accounts (5-100 lives). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in employee benefits strong technical expertise and a proactive client-focused attitude.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $110000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business ensuring consistent service and retention.
- Handle renewals quoting and servicing of small group accounts (5-100 lives).
- Conduct open enrollment processes and presentations.
- Utilize AMS360 and Employee Navigator software for account management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Life and Health license required.
- Experience: 5 years in employee benefits account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and Employee Navigator software.
- Soft Skills: Personable proactive and technologically adept.
