Senior Recruitment Consultant
Liverpool Street London Full-time Office-based
Ribbons & Reeves is a specialist education recruitment company based in Liverpool Street London. Since our launch in 2020 weve grown rapidly to become the go-to partner for London schools hiring both contract and permanent staff.
Were now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and build a long-term career with us. This role would suit an experienced education recruiter who knows how to bill successfully can operate with a degree of independence and lead by example within the team.
We currently have a choice of two desks both covering prime central London territory. These desks offer exceptional potential and with Ribbons & Reeves youll have the opportunity to enjoy your work achieve genuine success and find fulfilment in your career.

- Have a proven track record of billing within education recruitment
- Be self-sufficient proactive and able to manage their own desk confidently
- Contribute positively to team culture and lead by example
- Be confident making sales calls handling objections and winning business
- Be comfortable creating engaging video and written content to support marketing efforts
- Show resilience and consistency in a fast-paced environment
- Be ambitious about growing their portfolio earnings and future leadership potential
