We are looking for a friendly reliable and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our warm and welcoming school office team at Sextons Manor Primary School Bury St Edmunds Suffolk. Sextons Manor is part of All Saints Schools Trust a group of 15 successful schools sharing expertise and resources. This powerful collaboration provides excellent continued professional development and career prospects.
This is a key role in the daily life of our busy and vibrant primary school. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers so excellent communication skills a professional manner and a friendly approachable nature are essential.
Youll need to be confident using a range of IT systems and office equipment be able to prioritise tasks effectively and have strong attention to detail. The role involves a wide variety of administrative and financial duties including processing payments maintaining accurate records handling confidential information and supporting the smooth running of clubs and school events.
