Heres What You Need
- High School diploma or Equivalent required or
- Associates or Bachelors degree in human resources Business administration or relevant field in lieu of experience required
- 2 years relevant experience in human resources without a degree required
- PHR SPHR SHRM- CP or SHRM -SCP upon hire preferred
- Other nationally recognized HR certification upon hire preferred
What You Will Do
The Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) Coordinator is the escalation point for unresolved employee questions and requests from the HRSC for managing HR Services for employees to include but are not limited to candidate compliance preboarding and resolving general employee HRSC Coordinator will partner with other HR functional areas to resolve or escalates questions as necessary
- Manage entry tracking communication and actions related to candidate compliance with employee health licensure/certification management and required training and education. Includes HR System entry reporting notification and entity provider preboarding including tracking physician candidates in Salesforce creating EEID numbers for APPs coordinating physician commencement bonus information with payroll corresponding with Integration and Onboarding with data for Provider Orientation.
- Create an exciting and engaging experience for candidates through the preboarding and provide guidance as candidates progress through their preboarding steps to ensure they are hired timely and a high level of service delivery with candidates and serves as a readily available resource.
- Serve as subject matter expert and a point of escalation for HRSC Representatives for complex issues and to assist with unresolved questions and issues related to assigned functional area. Assist employees and managers to resolve questions and issues escalated and demonstrate the customer service expectations and relevant performance documented procedures policies and practices to accurately research and respond to calls/cases received utilizing sound judgment to make appropriate determinations on resolutions tools and resources to perform responsibilities accurately and efficiently. Escalate requests/issues outside of process or scope for role to supervisor. Maintains understanding and knowledge of organization HR policies federal state and local employment law.
- Responsible for initiating background checks for new hires providing updates on completion and escalating as needed.
- Liaise with other HR functional areas to collaborate on unique scenarios and identifying solutions for escalated issues. Evaluate call and case data to identify areas of process/resource special assignments and projects as assigned. Serve as call support during peaks in call volumes.
