Lead the planning and execution of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and business leaders.
Coordinate project activities tasks and resources to ensure project goals are achieved.
Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications ensuring smooth and clear communication with stakeholders including business units IT teams external vendors and senior leadership.
Manage expectations resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making at all levels.
Regularly report project progress to stakeholders addressing risks challenges and changes to the project scope.
Lead and manage the project team which may include internal resources external vendors and consultants.
Allocate resources appropriately based on project needs skills and availability.
Foster a collaborative environment ensuring that team members are aligned and working towards commonproject goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to promote professional development.
Identify assess and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and proactively resolve any project issues that may arise.
Document and communicate project risks and issues to relevant stakeholders ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure that all aspects of the SAP S/4HANA implementation meet the defined quality standards and businessrequirements.
Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure that the solution works as expected before deployment.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure proper documentation of issues and resolutions.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and issue logs.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management highlighting key accomplishments risks andupcoming milestones.
Ensure that the project is closed out effectively with all documentation finalized lessons learned recorded andpost-implementation support in place.
Skill / Competencies / Experience:
ESSENTIAL
Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
PREFERRED
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project management with at least 35 years of experience in managingSAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Proven track record of successful project delivery including managing complex enterprise-wide systems implementations.
Project Management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 or Agile) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality as well as integration with other businesssystems.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira or similar).
Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a fast-paceddynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
