Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for an Associate to join the Real Estate Practice of our Dallas office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of real estate experience which includes experience in title and survey review buying and selling contract negotiation and analysis survey and title review of ground leases and familiarity with commercial real estate loans and documents. Candidate will work closely with Shareholders who will devote substantial time and energy to training and mentoring as well as providing exposure and counseling on the client development process.
Additional requirements: The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills a high degree of maturity keen attention to detail and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. The successful candidate will have prior experience at a regional or national law firm or an outstanding local firm. Must be admitted to the Texas Bar or eligible for admission to the Texas Bar.
