Customer Care Advisor
Description
The Customer Care Advisor (CCA) is a key position that provides vision and leadership for Valeo Networks Managed Services offerings. The CCA works closely with the Service Delivery teams and Professional Services teams in planning designing and implementing client IT systems that will improve the cost-effectiveness service quality and regulatory compliance that have contracted for Valeo Networks offerings. Through consistent effective standardized communication and planning the CCA acts as a consulting partner with Valeo Networks Customers to assist the Customers in achieving their strategic IT objectives while reducing risk.
