Job Description
Reports To: Vice President
Position Description: Responsible for providing therapies to individuals couples groups and families to promote ideal mental health

Part-time but willing to consider full-time as schedule fills up
- Meet with clients regularly to provide counseling treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress
- Responsible for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
- Responsible for referring clients to specialists as necessary
- Establish positive trusting rapport with clients
- Serve as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations
- Assist with insurance processes and client account collections as needed
- Change method and degree of therapy when indicated by client reactions and needs
- Conduct trainings as needed virtually or in person
- Perform other duties as assigned

Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Understanding of personnel and compliance records management; ability to maintain confidentiality
Maintains CEUs as required for continued active registration
Ability to employ flexibility and creativity in the face of ambiguity and challenge
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Licensed LCPC LCSW or LISW
- Graduate from an accredited masters social work or behavioral health education program.
- An advanced level license by a state professional certifying body that is permitted by law to provide care and services without direction or supervision.
- Masters degree required
