Service Dispatcher
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dispatcher to join our team.The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the schedule for service technicians
- Assisting with the needs of Technicians in the field
- Communicating with customers
- Ordering parts
- Reviewing service tickets for accuracy
- Handling urgent service calls
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computer systems and software
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
